They have a coach of 60 coming in for Easter and a number of coaches booked for May. Allan also laughed off suggestions that he had resigned as the council delegate on the North Western Tourist Association and the Gateway to the Real Outback Sub-Regional Tourist Committee. Easter Screenings at Quambone Cinema will be ‘Top Gun’ and ‘Back to the Future’. Smoked Haddock, Capstan and Sea Kist Salmon 7/- and 12/- Phone 11 for home deliveries 11/4/1957– Last Thursdays meeting of Coonamble Shire Council resolved to inform the Warrumbungle National Park Trust that it would provide toilet facilities at the campsite for tourists at no cost to the trust.
